Shipping

For shipping within the US, I ship USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. The shipping is $5 in the US.

For international shipping there will be a charge of $15.00 more.

Payments Accepted

My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Through them, I can accept Credit and Debit cards, and electronic checks. I also accept checks and money orders. I hold checks 10 days before shipping to be sure that they clear.

Return Policy

If your LanePie Sling does not fit, I will gladly except for an exchange or return for alterations. Due to being a small home business I currently can not accept returns for your money back. The sling must be returned in un-used condition and not washed. I can do alterations on slings that are too big or exchange it for a size that will fit. Due to some of the fabric in low quantities, I may not be able to exchange for the same fabric if I happen to sell out of that fabric.

All returns for alterations/exchanges must be received with-in 14 days of shipping date and accompanied by the packing slip. When you do send a sling for an alteration or exchange I ask that you include $5 (or $15 for international) for return shipping or you can send me a paypal payment of the $5 (or $15).

All sales are final on custom slings.

Washing Instruction

All fabrics are pre-washed and dried before cutting them. I do recommend washing with like colors and hanging to dry. There should be little if any shrinking, if the sling is put in the drier.

All slings are subject to availability. Please note that colors can look different on different computer screens and can differ from the in real life color.
