Here the pouch is folded in on itself correctly.

You put your arm through the pouch and over your head. You'll notice that the seam is at the bottom and will end up being by my hip.

Now you can see the pouch on correctly with the seam at the bottom. You are ready to put your baby in!

This is how the pouch should look on your back. It should lie flat against your back. It shouldn't be bunched up or twisted.
